YES, we are a public
restaurant. We serve all guests
and visitors who wish to eat good food and
enjoy the wilderness.
It's
2010 and this year we are really
streamlining our menu to meet the economic
demands not only on us but also our guests.
Our food remains delicious, down to earth
and home style. We joke that we are a
dictator restaurant and we are. By
maintaining a set menu and serving home
style we can control costs not only for our
guests, but for us also. We hope you
understand and will come in to enjoy a
wonderful meal. Based upon the number
of newspaper/magazine/book write up's not
just about the resort but especially the
restaurant we have received, we feel we are
on the right track with our approach and
